Every one is well aware of this famous statement that is "Health is wealth"  this statement  precisely defines how important health is to all of us, without this blessing life is incomplete because a healthy person enjoys life more than a sick. Health is in fact more important than wealth because  a  rich person can buy all he wants and can fulfil his desires, but he cannot enjoy all these luxuries until he is healthy enough.

You can easily distinguish between a healthy person and person who doesn't look ill by comparing the activity rates. It will be pretty clear by the consequences that healthy person is far more active, enthusiastic and willing to work than an unhealthy person who gets  tired earlier, is lazy to work and is less passionate. Good health is attained by many ways:

•  It is very Important to maintain a balanced diet in order to be healthy, balancing diet means, including food that is highly nourishing with proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, essential minerals. The human body requires all essential components that increase growth and development, fats are also essential for body in providing support, but its excess increases risk of cardiovascular diseases mainly high cholesterol level that is fatal for biological system. Fiber rich foods increases digestion.


•  Exercising and actively participating in  sports play a key role in good health, this keeps us physically, mentally healthy. Exercise keeps you fit and active, you can exercise without going to gym by walking, running, hopping, skipping, jogging and many more. Daily performing keeps your mind sound and gives you inner satisfaction.


•  Cleanliness is essential for good health , a cleaned person is less prone to diseases than untidy one . To remain tidy it is important to take a bath twice a day, brush  teeth twice, wash hands after eating food not only this we should maintain a clean environment by littering garbage in dustbin, cleaning our surroundings.


•   Healthy mind leads to a healthy body, it is very important to keep our  mind fresh and satisfying because it is our mind that controls our body. We can keep our mind healthy by exercising,  thinking positive and tackling problems with peaceful mind. Person with anxiety, depression is recommended to exercise more than medication in order to upgrade his mental health.

Health is the highest blessing that is a source of all happiness, money cannot buy happiness, but a peaceful mind and a healthy body can give happiness. Even a person with limited income can lead a happy and enjoyable life.
