Ways to lose weight


Obesity is a prevalent issue these days. People with more weight complain of many diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, heart diseases like myocardial infarction and many other diseases. One of the reasons between increase weight is eating food with high content of fats. Despite being stressed there are ways to overcome obesity that are:


  • Limit the intake of sugars and starches because these foods stimulate insulin production, which is the major fat storage hormone in the body, decrease in sugars and starches in body decreases insulin stimulation and more fat is burned.
  • It is very important to consult a doctor for a better diet.
  • We must have a high protein diet that reduces craving and intake of calories.
  • Drinking water a half hour before meal reduces weight.
  • Intake of  soluble fiber content in diet reduces fat.
  • Taking care of good night sleep is also effective in losing weight.
  • Exercising,  lifting weights, jogging, walking, and visiting gym help to lose weight.
  • Drinking green tea and coffee burns fat.
