Tips for a clean cut-out
Start with a sharp, well-lit photo where the subject is clearly different from the background. Avoid heavy shadows across the edge, and use the highest resolution you have so hair, fur and thin objects keep their detail. If the background is very similar in colour to the subject, expect to touch up the edge afterwards.
