How to password protect a PDF

- Download your protected PDF. It is saved with -protected added to the name.
Tips for a good PDF password
- Use at least 8 characters, and mix letters, numbers and symbols.
- Do not use names, birthdays or common words.
- Send the password through a different channel than the PDF, for example by phone or chat.
- We cannot recover a forgotten password, so keep it safe.
