Before you write: a quick checklist
A little detail helps us solve your problem much faster. If you are reporting a problem with a tool, please include:
- The name of the tool and, if possible, the page address.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone.
- The size and type of the file, if one was involved. Please do not attach the file itself.
Many questions are already answered in our Frequently Asked Questions, which is the quickest place to look.
What we can help with
- Problems using a PDF, image, calculator or utility tool.
- Calculator results that look wrong, with the numbers you entered.
- Ideas for new tools or improvements to existing ones.
- Advertising, sponsorship and partnership enquiries.
- Privacy requests, such as asking what data we hold about you or asking us to delete it.
- Copyright complaints. These should be sent as described on our DMCA page so we can act on them quickly.
What we cannot do
- Recover files you processed earlier. We do not keep copies of your documents, so we have nothing to restore.
- Open a PDF or remove a password when you do not know it. The unlock tool only works with files you are allowed to open.
- Give financial, medical or legal advice. Our calculators are for general information only.
