How do I reorder pages in a PDF?

Select your PDF, drag the page thumbnails into the order you want (or use the arrow buttons under each page), then click Save organized PDF and download the new file.

Can I rotate a single page?

Yes. Click the rotate button under a page to turn it 90 degrees clockwise each time. Use Rotate all to turn every page at once.

Can I delete pages while organizing?

Yes. Click the delete button under a page to remove it from the new PDF. Use Reset to bring every page back and start again.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. The new PDF is built inside your browser on your own device, so your file is never uploaded and nobody else can see it.

Does organizing change my original file?

No. Your original PDF is never modified. You get a separate new file with the pages in the order and rotation you chose.

Can I reverse the page order?

Yes. Click Reverse order to flip the whole document, which is handy for scans that were fed in backwards.

Can I organize a password-protected PDF?

Not directly. If a PDF is protected you will see a message. Unlock the PDF first, then open it again.

Is there a file size limit?

You can use one PDF of up to 100 MB at a time. Very large files can take longer because everything is processed on your device.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The tool works in modern browsers on phones, tablets and computers. On touch screens use the arrow buttons to move pages.
