How do I convert PowerPoint to PDF?

Will animations and transitions be kept?

No. A PDF is a static document, so each slide becomes one page. Animations, transitions, audio and video are not included.

Why do my fonts look different?

Fonts that are not installed on our server are replaced with similar ones. Using common fonts or embedding fonts in the presentation gives the closest result.

Can I convert a password-protected file?

Not directly. Remove the password in PowerPoint first, then upload the file.

How do I make the PDF smaller?

Run the PDF through Compress PDF after conversion. Presentations with large photos shrink a lot.
