Sign PDF

Click Select PDF file, then click Signature and draw, type or upload your signature. It appears in the middle of the page: drag it into place, resize it from the corners, then click Sign PDF and download the file.

Yes. Draw with your mouse, finger or stylus on the drawing area, pick black, blue or red ink, and click Clear to start again.

Yes. Type your name and choose one of three handwriting styles. The typed signature is added to the page as an image, so it looks the same on every device.

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF up to 15 MB. White backgrounds are removed automatically so only the ink is placed on the page. Turn that option off if you want to keep the background.

Yes. Use Initials to create a smaller stamp for each page, and Date to add today's date as text that you can move, resize and recolor.

Yes. Click any page in the list to sign it. Pages with items show a number badge, and everything is saved together in one file.

It adds a visual signature to the page, like signing a printed copy. It is not a cryptographic digital signature with a certificate. Check whether the person or organization you are sending it to accepts a visual signature.

No. The PDF and your signature are handled in your browser and are never uploaded, so nobody else can see them.

Yes. Use Undo and Redo, or press Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y. Select a signature and press Delete to remove it. Your original file is never changed.

You can sign one PDF at a time, up to 100 MB and 300 pages.
